Project overview

We are looking for an Embedded Software Developer (Digital Signal Processing) to join our Randstad Digital Romania team in Sibiu or Bucharest in a challenging new project in the automotive field.

In this role, you will be part of the Digital Signal Processing (DSP) team and will develop high-quality, low-level embedded software for our client's DSP Software Development Kit (SDK).

This DSP is developed as an enablement solution for client digital signal processors based on the RISC-V architecture.

Responsibilities

DSP programming in C and assembly;
Develop the signal processing SW algorithms and firmware code for various automotive platform (. AVAS, Noise Cancellation);
Create and maintain requirements, design, architecture, configuration, code and tests for DSP SDK;
Develop solutions for demonstration of software and hardware features and for the validation of the software products.

Requirements

At least 5 years of work experience with Ansi C programming;
Knowledge of DSP programming;
General CPU/Computer architecture know-how;
Debugging skills for embedded targets and low level software;
Excellent English skills (written and spoken);
Team player;
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronics and Telecommunications.

It will be a plus

Work experience with Audio Peripherals such as ADC, DAC, SINC, FlexIO, SAI etc.
Knowledge of ARM and RISC-V architecture
Previous experience with Makefiles, scripting languages
Knowledge of AUTOSAR standard, quality process, ASPICE or ISO26262
