We're Hiring: Senior Immigration Consultant – Bucharest Full-time | Hybrid options available At Nestlers we help companies and individuals navigate the complexities of immigration relocation global mobility and tax compliance We're looking for a solution-driven detail-oriented Senior Immigration Consultant who's passionate about helping people navigate the immigration process and who wants to work in a dynamic growth-oriented environment What You'll Do Prepare and review legal documentation for immigration procedures Liaise with public authorities and third-party partners notaries translators etc Guide clients through applications and submissions Continuously review and enhance internal procedures workflows to ensure optimal efficiency compliance with legal standards Represented clients in dealings with Romanian public institutions including immigration authorities labor offices consulates Contribute to the annual budgeting process ensure client invoicing is accurate aligned with services provided Actively participate improving internal practices service quality identifying opportunities operational excellence Keep clear structured records case
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Law International Relations Business Administration or related fields preferred.
- Minimum years experience in immigration consultancy legal services or related sectors.
