    MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
    Selling Beautik products and providing a high standard of service to customers.
    Initiating contact with customers and welcoming them.
    Identifying and understanding customers' needs.
    Recommending personalized fragrances, skincare, and home care products.
    Recommending complementary products recruiting customers from one product category to another.
    Developing personal and long-term relationships with customers.
    Achieving 100% retail sales targets monthly.
    Educating customers on Beautik brands and products.
    Respecting and implementing merchandising guidelines.
    Monitoring stocks and placing orders to ensure sufficient stock.
    Respecting corporate & store rules (attendance to trainings and market visits, punctuality, dress code and grooming, etc.)

    KEY FIGURES & ASSESSMENT CRITERIA

    Sales results
    POS look & feel – merchandising, cleanness, pricing, stocks, etc.
    Dress code and customer service
    Good communication and transmission of clear information
    Coordination with staff and direction team


    SKILLS
    Min. 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably perfumery or cosmetics
    Very good selling skills
    Very good communication skills
    Very good perfumery and skincare knowledge
    Punctuality, precision and 100% efficiency in tasks execution
    Attracted to niche and luxury retail
    Customer orientation

    Languages:
    Romanian fluent, English conversational level
