Job summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and scale a global ecosystem of System Integrator (SI) partners for a growing SaaS telecom business.<+br>+You will be responsible for onboarding, enabling, and managing partners to ensure successful delivery of software solutions that drive customer adoption, satisfaction,<+br>+and retention. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on partner engagement,<+br>+requiring strong cross-functional collaboration with Product,<+br>+Sales,<+br>+Professional Services,<+br>+and Customer Success teams. You will define partner strategies,+certification programs,+and governance frameworks while ensuring partners consistently deliver high-quality implementations.+Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global System Integrator partner strategy,+aligning with company growth and go-to-market objectives.
- Identify,+recruit,+and onboard SI partners,+segmenting them by capability region
