Position overview
We are looking for a Model Based Design Software Engineer to join our Randstad Digital Romanian Team in a new challenging project in automotive field.
Our client is a world leader in secure connectivity solutions for embedded applications, driving innovation in the secure connected vehicle, end-to-end security & privacy and smart connected solutions markets.
Built on more than 60 years of combined experience and expertise, our client has employees in more than 35 countries.
ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain Simulink library blocks for various components (: SPI, DIO, PWM, ADC);
Create and maintain Simulink solutions for demonstration of software/hardware features (: battery management systems, adaptive front-light systems);
Create and maintain automatic tests for various Simulink components;
Collaborate with various internal teams.
Requirements
General MCU architecture knowledge;
Programming experience (Embedded C, MATLAB m-scripts, Simulink);
Debugging skills (on embedded targets);
Good communication skills;
Fluency in English, written and spoken.
Nice to have
ARM architecture knowledge;
Know-how of version control tools (: git);
Experience with Agile methodology;
Know-how of automotive standards and software quality processes;
Good technical presentation skills.
