- Collect, clean and analyze VIP segment specific data and translate it into potential ROI and VIP growth opportunities.
- Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in VIP player behavior and game performance to inform business strategies and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain existing VIP reports and dashboards to communicate key insights and performance metrics to the business.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support VIP team and business inquiries and be able to identify areas for optimization.
- Assist in the definition of algorithms and clusters on VIP and Potential VIP reports.
- Develop reports with understandable data insights and proposals of algorithms based on individual player behavior.
- Identify automation opportunities that will optimize current VIP data management and reporting for the business.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field.
- Proficiency in R or Python, as well as SQL language.
- Experience with data visualization tools in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyze raw data and translate it into actionable insights.
