    Applications

    Responsibilities:
    - Maintaining contact with the client through telephone discussions, e-mail, possible direct meetings when necessary
    - Enter orders in the system and check their correctness, taking into account the respect of the contractual conditions
    - Actively monitors the progress of orders and communicates to customers information about their status, logistical information, etc.
    - Communicates information about stock and may contract orders based on commercial conditions agreed by the Sales Manager in advance.
    - Follow up the preparation of delivery documents, invoicing, etc.
    - Communicates with all R&D, Logistics, Production, Finance departments to solve problems arising from the Customer relationship;
    - Maintains the relationship with the customer for issues related to the contract/order process;
    - Promote Prysmian's product offering;
    - Offer to customers;
    - Participate in the creation of a commercial strategy;
    - Preparation of tender documents in support of the Sales Manager.
    - Handles any customer complaints and follows up their resolution by the departments involved and responsible;
    - Follow up on customer receipts, payment of invoices in agreement with financial and commercial departments;
    - Carrying out monitoring operations, archiving contracts;
    - Carrying out reporting operations for the portfolio allocated by clients;
    - Maintaining good liaison with colleagues in other departments with whom he/she interacts;
    - Tracks the requirements that products need to meet to be certified in different systems and communicates the information to departments that have a role in design, testing, certification;
