    Diploma and/or certifications in a relevant field

    1+ years experience in a warehouse lead role

    1+ years experience in sales

    Previous experience in maintenance of lifting and/or construction equipment will be considered as advantage

    Hands on experience with ERP/warehouse management systems

    Fluent Romanian and English language, Bulgarian language will be considered as advantage

    Good understanding of customer service practices

    Great interpersonal and communication skills

    Team player

    Good time-management and multitasking skills

    Job description

    Oversees the coordination of day-to-day activities related to delivery, return and maintenance of all type of equipment;

    Ensures proper storage and maintenance of all equipment, as well as compliance with Romania's Laws and Regulations related to equipment management (licenses, inspections, user guides and etc.);

    Ensures each machine is properly inspected and is in sound condition before handover to the customer. Makes sure the customer is instructed about machine usage and safety requirements

    Ensures proper documentation for all equipment movements;

    Performs regular inventory checks and ensures that the actual status of all equipment is properly documented in the ERP system;

    Determines needs and coordinates transfer orders from/to other warehouses, as well as purchase requests for spare parts and consumables;

    Supports sales representatives and responds to customers enquiries. Reviews pending orders and specific customers' requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience;

    Manages documentation (contracts, invoices, delivery and return protocols and etc.) and ensures it's organized and stored according to the company's internal rules and policies

    Provides troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems;

    Supports the administrative and organizational activities in the company;

    Performs other tasks, assigned by the management team;
