    For one of our clients, an international Corporate Performance Management software provider, we are looking for a Global Minimum Tax Consultant.


    As a Global Consultant for minimum taxes, you will leverage your domain knowledge to assist multinational companies in addressing the challenges posed by the tax requirements of OECD Pillar Two.

    Working closely with clients, you will tackle data challenges, develop customized frameworks, and ensure the successful implementation of the CCH Tagetik Global Minimum Tax expert solution.


    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with multinational companies to understand specific data challenges and align them with the CCH Tagetik Global Minimum Tax expert solution;
    Configure Tagetik software, utilize the automation functionalities of the WEB platform, and use Excel extension for seamless complex calculations and tax reporting;
    Work closely with clients to optimize their corporate tax strategies, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry expertise;
    Assist in mapping, managing, and aligning data to efficiently meet OECD Pillar Two requirements;
    Conduct "what-if" analyses to help clients understand the current and future impact of OECD Pillar Two reporting requirements on their business models and operations;
    Efficiently collaborate with a diverse team of consultants, leveraging their varying levels of expertise to achieve project success;
    Create user documentation, provide training sessions, and offer continuous support to clients.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (., finance, accounting, or business administration);
    Relevant previous experience (1-3 years) in tax consulting, finance, or related fields, with a focus on international taxation;
    A solid understanding of OECD Pillar Two tax requirements and their implications for multinational companies;
    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
    Excellent proficiency in the English language;
    Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data sets;
    A team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work efficiently in cross-functional teams;
    Skills in data modelling, data governance, data quality assessment, and data visualisation are a plus;

    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
