Responsibilities (Performance):

• Provide essential mission-critical assistance in triaging and resolving performance issues for Fusion Cloud customers.
• Daily review of DB and Middle Tier for common performance issues, such as major wait events on DB or garbage collection on Middle Tier.
• Daily collaboration with product development and service operations to quickly resolve performance issues in Middle Tier or database layers in real-time.
• Continuously improve methods for identifying performance issues in Fusion Cloud environments and delegate them to the appropriate departments.
• Take initiative in Major Incident cases, gather resources from different teams and/or necessary documentation, and lead the team toward resolution.
• AI support for General guidance about the Enablement of the service

• AI support for general questions regarding the usage and how to be used

Responsibilities (Sysadmin):

• Advanced Oracle administration, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle databases.
• Work with multiple Oracle Database versions (12c, 19c, 21c), implementing high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.
• Key tasks:
  • Installation and configuration of Oracle standalone and RAC environments on Linux/Unix platforms.
  • Oracle Grid Infrastructure and ASM setup for storage and performance management.
  • User and role management, security policies, and auditing.
  • Backup and recovery using RMAN, Data Guard for disaster recovery.
  • Performance monitoring and tuning using OEM, AWR, ASH, and ADDM reports.
  • Patching and upgrades using OPatch and DBUA.
  • Resource management and optimization (SGA, PGA, partitioning, materialized views).
