Bilingual Customer Service Professional with extensive experience in the Luxury Hospitality and Energy sectors within the United Kingdom, focused on delivering excellent service in terms of problem resolution and customer care. With almost 6 years of experience in customer facing roles, I will provide excellent resolutions for a broad range of customer needs, ranging from initial customer contact to complaint handling.

As an Automotive and Transportation Design Graduate I have had the opportunity to study fields that concern the day to day life of millions of people who use vehicles, as well as global issues of sustainability and resources. As a Coventry University student I developed the skills to analyse, troubleshoot and present ideas and designs. The course has enabled me to use ideation sketching, 3D modelling, market research and rendering to effectively present and communicate design solutions.
