Junior Facility Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Facility Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the maintenance and operation of the facility, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or potential hazards.
Keep track of the actions executed by completing the necessary documents Technically supervises the portfolio of buildings
Manages the building book as well as any other records related to the compliance with the Construction Quality Law for the entire portfolio
Keep in touch with customers
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Support the Management team in various tasks and projects as needed.


Qualifications:
Technical higher education (architecture, civil engineering, installations engineering)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Available for travel
Knowledge of Window, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of facility management practices.
