    We deliver centralized operations to our Molson Coors Business Units across the Globe in Finance, Master Data, Commercial, HR and IT Business Services. Our impressive brands portfolio across the world includes Miller Genuine Draft, Madri, Staropramen and Bergenbier.

    This role will provide finance and accounting data processing services related to the accounts payable postings, invoice processing, payments processing, travel and expenses processing & maintaining appropriate documentation.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Process timely and accurate payment of invoices, check requests, credit memos and travel and expenses
    • Check and process invoices received via workflow
    • Booking of accounting documents (Invoices, Credit Notes, Payments, Travel and Expenses) in the Enterprise Resource Planning System according to the existing Standard Operating Procedures

    SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

    Required

    • English and Serbian/Croatian languages (B2)
    • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
    • Communication skills

    Nice to have

    • Excel knowledge
    • Experience in SAP or other ERP
