Job summary
We are looking for a Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to be part of our global team working together towards our vision – Improving our future.As our Procurement and Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for providing a coordination service to the Project with regards to Procurement and Logistics through sharing information and ensuring that project procurement and logistics activities are executed on time and successfully.
The main responsibilities include operating system follow up, structuring phase of projects highlighting logistic risks identified during the structuring phase,
facilitating visits to potential ports obtaining road risk assessment to site preparing project documentation execution including shipping registers delivery plans others in accordance with the operating system preparing contracts relevant service material suppliers managing Customs related documents maintaining logistics execution plan per project receiving invoices checking against contracts purchase orders delivery notes from site recommending for payment or rejecting with reasons preparing report monthly basis project company board arranging logistics support delivery assets site
Responsibilities
- Operating System: follow the guidelines prescribed structures outlined by operating system provide continuous input improvement optimization operating system successfully implement operating system throughout structuring execution phase Project.
