We are an import and distribution company , distributing (among other brands) the German ecological cleaning products brand FROSCH to our multinational, retail and wholesale partners.
We're looking for a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER that can join our team in Bucharest.Duties of our future colleague:
active participation in the development of the company's commercial policy and sales plan
contact with key customers
annual/monthly planning and efficient management of the commercial cooperation with key partners
negotiation of annual condition contracts
continuous optimization of the listed product range
setting up & managing the promotional activities
continuous evaluation of customer relations, preparation of statements and reports
market and competitor monitoring and analysis.
Our expectations:
college degree in commerce and/or economics
strong English and Romanian language skills
minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) in one of the following positions: Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, Buyer
high level MS Office skills
excellent sales and negotiation skills
independent mind, able to perform without constant supervision
good presentation skills (Powerpoint)
willingness to travel within Romania, if needed
Category B driver's license.
