What You Will Do In This Role
As a Customer Advisor with German and English on our team, you will:

Analyze and manage customer requests via chat, email and voice.
Respond promptly to queries and suggestions
Provide chat, email and telephone support
Continue to learn and develop your career through our ongoing training programs

Your Qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:

You are proficient in German both written and spoken (native ideal) with English (B2)
You are proactive, motivated and solution-oriented
You have good PC skills
You are available to work in shifts from our office in Timisoara
Nice to have: passion in sport domain will be an asset
