Are you a dynamic and ambitious individual with a passion for uncovering extraordinary talent? We're on the hunt for a proactive Junior Recruiter eager to take charge of the selection process and partner closely with our local hiring managers.

No prior experience? No problem – we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn above all else.


What You'll Do:
Manage and drive a structured interview process;
Prescreen applications, select and refer qualified candidates, and conduct initial interviews as needed;
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop announcements;
Ensure a high level of quality and service in the recruitment experience for candidates;
Consult with hiring managers on recruitment processes, and the development of recruitment strategies to decrease the time to hire;
Work on initiatives to attract strong candidates.

Requirements


Skills and Abilities Required:
Advanced level of English (B2-C1), French being a nice to have;
Microsoft Office Suite proficient;
Drive, curiosity, and attention to detail.
Experience in customer service role.
