Porta Group is a leading international doors producer. To further strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced person for the position of Lean Specialist.

Location:
Arad


You will be responsible to:
Implement lean manufacturing goals and strategies for improving the organization and the processes within the organization;
Evaluate all continuous improvement activities;
Implement plan to optimize performance and processes;
Coach the personnel on Lean concepts, tools and methods;
Assure standard alignment among all departments;
Support process health through visual management, ideas boards and dashboards;
Perform internal audits.


Ideally you should have:
University degree - technical knowledge is a plus;
Lean Manufacturing knowledge;
Good knowledge of English language;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Problem-solving orientation;
Readiness for business trips;
Attention to details;
Ability to work on own initiative;
Good computer skills.
