The responsibilities of a Talent Aquisition Specialist include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews.

• Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates.
• Screen resumes and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final offer negotiation.
• Maintain database of candidates' records, including active and passive prospects.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business, remain active with job boards, social networks, and create and post job descriptions and announcements.
• Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
• Participate to Job Fairs and different events.

• A bachelor's degree in human resources (is an advantage)
• The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
• Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
• The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good decision-making skills.
• Capable of manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Organized person.
