Reports to F&R Worldwide (FRW) management, ., General Manager & Managing Partner.1.


Requirements & skills:
degree or certification in Human Resources (People & Culture FRW) or relatedfields, At least 7 years of experience in P&C management, preferable in a multinational company, A successful track record of sourcing, and recruiting, In-depth knowledge of Romanian labor law and international best practices, Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels, Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively express ideas , Strong leadership skills to guide, support and motivate teams, Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, Solid ethics & morals and sound judgement, Good knowledge of MS Office, Good verbal and written English skills are beneficial

2 Responsibilities:

Nurture FRW core values and motivational company culture, Manage all P&C processes in Romania, Recommend, prepare, update, monitor and facilitate implementation of P&C policies alignedwith overall business strategy, Ensure FRW procedures comply with Romanian regulations and international best practices, Periodically update and improve company ROI, Manage the recruitment and selection process, Draft, administrate, and update employee-related paperwork, ., job offers, job descriptions,labor contracts, Assist management in implementing & improving appraisal & feedback system, Oversee consequence management processes, Assess training needs, design & implement training programs, Update organization chart and employee directory, Provide monthly P&C reports to management incl.

P&C related legal changes.
