    Sales Assistant


    As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team to achieve their targets and objectives.

    You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, customer support, and helping to maintain positive client relationships. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Administrative Support:
    Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining sales records.

    Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

    Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team.


    Customer Support:
    Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.

    Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.

    Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues related to sales transactions.


    Sales Support:
    Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth.

    Follow up with customers to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels.

    Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.


    Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

    Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution of sales activities.

    Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team to facilitate communication and address any concerns.


    Product Knowledge:
    Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively support sales efforts.

    Provide product demonstrations or training sessions to customers as needed.


    Qualifications:
    High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

    Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role preferred.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

    Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

    Able to communicate in English
