Job Summary:
As Project Manager, you will be involved in the development of JSS automotive next generation Technology projects.

You will be part of new exciting opportunities; you will be working for new technologies and new customers, especially for innovative products.

Our engineering and project management activities span over 20 years of experience in Romania.

Responsibilities:
Steering of serial change projects in accordance to Joyson Project Management System (PMS);
Investigate, initiate, plan, perform business cases & track cost reduction ideas/ serial production changes EMEA
Manage the design/process change projects by leading the project teams;
Budget and plan the projects (cost, resources and timing), meet the project targets;
Ensure up-to-date projects documentation at any time;
Report the projects performance to CRP/ CMG Management on a regular basis.


Your Prerequisites:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Business Administration;
At least 3 years of work experience in automotive supplier industry;
Experience in Project Mgmt., design methods/ procedures, technical drawings;
Knowledge in sub-supplier technologies (active & pasive components);
Experience in SAP Patos/ Jira/ Doors/ SVN represents an advantage
Experience in Mechanical/ Mechatronic product development is an advantage;
Knowledge in product/ cost optimization is an advantage;
Business fluent command of written and spoken English language;
Self-starter with good analytical skills and business orientated mindset;
Good communication skills, assertiveness and leadership skills;
Willingness to travel.
