CRM Manager

The CRM Manager reports to the Senior Group Training Services Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The CRM Manager reports to the Senior Group Training Services Manager for:
- Developing, maintaining, and integrating of CRM training in accordance with AOC requirements and internal standards;
- Ensuring that the CRM training programs are aligned with AOC's operational procedures, safety standards, and performance expectations;
- Ensuring the maintenance of the CRM training documentation;
- Developing and maintaining CRM training programmes to ensure its compliance with the AOC requirements;
- Developing and maintaining the Mental Health training programmes to ensure its compliance with the AOC requirements;
- Developing and updating the CRM Training Materials to ensure its compliance with the AOC requirements;
- Developing and maintaining the CRM Trainer Standardisation program, to ensure its compliance with the AOC requirements;
- Monitoring CRM Trainer standardization, performance, training and competencies and their documentations;
- Developing and updating the CRM Trainer Training Materials to ensure compliance with the AOC training programs;
- Developing and publishing guidance to CRM Trainers, to ensure that CRM trainers are aware of the AOC Standards and Requirements;
- Designing and upholding robust internal processes for CRM Trainer selection and standardisation;
- Monitoring that there are a sufficient number of Qualified CRM Trainers for the forecasted training events;
- Coordinating the selection and recruitment of CRM Trainers;
- Maintaining and updating databases of CRM instructors in accordance with the AOCs requirements;
- In conjunction with the CRM Standardisation Trainers, ensuring that the CRM training are delivered in accordance with the approved training program and company procedures, policies, and standards;
- Liaising with the Wizz Air AOCs Nominated Person Crew Training related to the activities under the relevant service letter agreement;
- Participating in Meetings to align on team goals in accordance with the group training meeting matrix.
AUTHORITIES
- Modify CRM Training program and materials;
- Access to the CRM training records;
- Modify CRM Trainer Standardisation program and materials;
- Access to the CRM Trainer records;
- Act as a CRM Trainer.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Native or similar standard of spoken and written English;
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with focus on Team work;
- Comprehensive knowledge of the applicable EU regulations and associated requirements;
- Familiarity with management systems in the area of aviation;
- Knowledge of presentation techniques;
- Knowledge of feedback and coaching techniques;
- Experience on computer programs relevant to the responsibilities (Word, Excel, PPT etc.);
- Capable of motivating and developing others by providing support and guidance;
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years delivering aviation CRM/Human Factors training;
- Experience leading or managing instructional teams;
- Proven experience in training, standardizing, assessing, and qualifying CRM instructors (preferable)
- Bachelor's degree.
