Job summary
Du möchtest moderne M365- Umgebungen mitgestalten, Kunden auf dem Weg in den digitalen Arbeitsplatz beraten und gleichzeitig deine eigene Entwicklung vorantreiben?
Als Consultant setzt du Beratungsprojekte im Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace konzeptionell auf und begleitest deine (überwiegend deutsch-sprachigen) Kund:innen auf dem Weg zu einer optimalen Implementierung.
Responsibilities
- Presales-Unterstützung: Angebotserstellung und Kundengespräche gemeinsam mit Sales
- Hersteller-Kollaboration: enge Vernetzung mit Ansprechpartner:innen bei Microsoft
- Customer Success: kontinuierliche Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenlösungen
Requirements
- Einschlägige Erfahrung im M365 Umfeld (min 2 Jahre in einer High-Impact-Rolle), insbesondere in:
M365 Einführungen
Entra ID / Intune / Endpoint Management
Windows 10/11
Sicher in Anforderungsanalyse, Systembewertung und Beratung im Modern-Werkplace-Kontext - Solide Kenntnisse in M365 Architektur, Technik und Arbeitsweisen
