    HVR is recruiting Acquisition Specialists within our partner company specializing in production.


    THE ROLE

    We're on the lookout for talented individuals to join our client's team located in Drobeta Turnu Severin, or in Caracal, for a full-time, on-site position.

    As an Acquisition Specialist/a Buyer, you will play a critical role in managing supply requirements, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials, and maintaining effective communication with internal management and suppliers.

    The successful candidate will participate in the creation of purchasing strategies, monitor supplier performance, and issue supply orders using our internal ERP system.



    Key Responsibilities:

    • Communicate regularly with internal management to understand supply requirements and address any issues related to delivery, quality, or prices.
    • Participate in the creation and outlining of purchasing and supplier management strategies to optimize procurement processes.
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
    • Monitor suppliers and assess the quality of services provided to ensure compliance with company standards.
    • Proactively coordinate the supply chain to align with internal manufacturing plans and ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
    • Issue supply orders accurately and efficiently using the internal ERP system.
    • Analyze data, interpret trends, and draw conclusions to support decision-making processes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for continuous improvement in procurement processes.
    • Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities and supplier performance metrics.

    THE SKILLS

    • Previous experience in Supply or Procurement.
    • Knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in the Microsoft Office package.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
    • Analytical and constructive thinking skills for data analysis and decision-making.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Open personality with a focus on continuous improvement.
    • Advanced proficiency in English language.
