    We are currently looking for a
    Customer Service Specialist
    to join our SuperTeam, The Customer Service Specialist will take care of after-sales and community engagement. This role ensures our clients enjoy a smooth transition into their new homes, while building long-term trust through professional and proactive support.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the handover process for residential projects, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
    • Act as the main point of contact in Speedwell for our clients after handover.
    • Maintain ongoing relationships with Homeowners' Associations, ensuring clear communication, proper follow-up, and support on common area matters.
    • Coordinate with in-house technical, legal, and sales teams to resolve customer queries efficiently.
    • Follow-up and track warranty claims internally whilst communicating progress towards homeowners.
    • Maintain accurate records of handovers, inspections, and warranty interventions in the company's systems.
    • Prepare customer communications, guidelines, and reports related to after-sales services.
    • Ensure adherence to internal procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Support continuous improvement by providing feedback from customers to project and management teams.
    • Build long-term trust and relationships with clients by delivering professional, empathetic, and proactive service.

    Skill and Qualifications:

    • Between 3-5 years of experience in customer service.
    • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or after-sales roles is an advantage.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle clients in a professional and empathetic manner.
    • Good understanding of warranty processes, building handovers, and property management principles.
    • Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
