The company uses smart technology and AI to simplify the work behind complex construction processes, helping teams stay on schedule, avoid delays, and make better decisions with confidence.

We're building a team here in Romania to help support this mission, and we're looking for a Configuration Specialist to play a key role.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who's excited about technology and wants to make an impact in the world of construction.

Here's what we're hoping you bring to the table:

A degree in Architecture (or similar).
0-2 years of experience in an architectural firm or construction fit-out company.
Some knowledge of BIM and an interest in how AI is reshaping construction.
Technical know-how to work with complex systems and troubleshoot effectively.
Attention to detail—you catch things others might miss.
A quick learner who's comfortable adapting to new challenges.
Great multitasking skills—you can handle multiple priorities with ease.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Most importantly, you're a team player with great communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Configuration Specialist, you'll play a hands-on role in making the company's tools work seamlessly for their clients

Your responsibilities will include:
Setting up and configuring company's platform to meet client-specific needs, using 3D models and their configuration tools.
Building Digital Twin models (virtual replicas of construction projects) and integrating them into client systems.
Identifying and solving setup or configuration challenges.
Working closely with Project Managers and design teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Supporting projects throughout their lifecycle, from initial setup to ongoing optimization.
