We offer full time and unlimited employment contract.

Main responsibilities of the position:

• Key support to the production department, in the KPIs of management accounting for analysis and permanent local monitoring of production cost variances during the year.
• Key person in the accounting species related to the department.
• Tax invoice approval filter for the entire production department.
• Verification of documents issued or received and their compliance with current legislation.
• Correct allocation of costs, by cost centre and accounting accounts.
• Monthly monitoring of expenses and deviations recorded.
• Calculating and recording monthly price differences on all finished products in the accounts.
• Organize inventory actions and other activities ordered by the Production Manager.
• Ordering and filing within the department the documents received.
• Centralising and checking documents and information received from functional departments.
• Key-user in the implementation of all department programs and projects.
• S4HANA key user for production department

Expertise:

• Qualification: higher economic studies
• Work experience: preferable min 3 years in accounting & a stable background in accounting
• IT skills (Microsoft Office).
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP is an advantage
• Advanced level of English
