We're seeking a
Clinical Application Specialist
to deliver clinical training, customer demonstrations, trials, and ongoing support for our Patient Monitoring & Life Support (PMLS) portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Training & Education: Deliver comprehensive clinical training programmes to healthcare professionals on anaesthesia machines, ventilation systems, and perioperative monitoring solutions in operating theatres, post-anaesthesia care units, and ICU environments.
- Pre-Sales Clinical Support: Provide clinical expertise during product demonstrations, clinical evaluations, and tender processes. Articulate clinical benefits and workflow improvements to anaesthesia professionals and theatre teams.
- Post-Sales Implementation: Support clinical aspects of product installations in operating theatres, ensuring seamless integration into perioperative workflows. Configure clinical settings and validate clinical performance to meet customer requirements.
- Ongoing Clinical Support: Serve as primary clinical contact for customers, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting clinical issues, and optimising product performance in theatre environments.
- Workflow Optimisation: Analyse perioperative workflows and recommend improvements through effective use of Mindray anaesthesia and ventilation solutions. Develop clinical protocols and best practice guidance.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to support business development, identify clinical opportunities, and contribute to achieving revenue targets through exceptional clinical support.
- Reference Site Development & KOL Engagement: Support establishment of reference sites to demonstrate clinical capabilities and workflow integration. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders across the region.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Romanian and English (written and spoken)
- Strong experience in Patient Monitoring & Life Support medical devices
- Clinical, Biomedical or Clinical Applications background is essential
- Proven knowledge of the Romanian, and Southeast European healthcare market preferred
- Ideally experience with top-tier medical device companies or distributors
- Comfortable travelling 60-70% of working time across Southeast Europe
