For our client, a food products distributor in Romania, we are looking for a Warehouse and Transport Specialist.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years' experience in imports and exports of goods (preferably food if possible)
- English
– medium level both written and speaking - Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all the imports of our company in Romania
- Coordinate the national deliveries to our clients B2B (mainly supermarkets, distributors)
- Coordinate the externalized warehouses 3PL (in this moment we have 2 third-party logistics)
- Ensure proper documentation and labeling of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents including bills of lading, customs declarations, and packing lists.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues proactively.
- Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile physical stock with system records (Microsoft Business Central)
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory counts.
Working hybrid, both office and remote (this will establish together) – the office is just across Pipera subway station.
