Job summary
+We are looking for a System Administrator with a minimum of 3 years experience for a full-time position based entirely on-site at our Cluj Napoca offices (Calea Turzii 217), Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:30.We need someone who can install and configure hardware, software systems networks printers scanners monitor and maintain IT systems and networks respond promptly to service issues provide technical support company-wide both in person and remotely.
Responsibilities+
- Maintain essential IT operations including operating systems security tools applications servers email systems laptops desktops software hardware
- Perform server administration tasks including user/group administration security permissions group policies print services resource monitoring ensuring system architecture components work seamless
- Install Windows Printers Antivirus
- Helpdesk support Evaluation acquisition of the necessary IT equipment Admin employee mobile sim cards/subscriptions resources invoices phones Update manage global employee contact list Support specific tools I FLOW reporting Cyclope App Mediatel solution call center edit/Update/Develop new features Intranet Positive answer all reviews from Nova Android IOS app
