Requirements:

Bachelor's degree:
Engineering or a related technical field.

Minimum 3 Years of Experience:
Previous work as an Industrial/Process Engineer in molding.

Language Skills:
Proficiency in English (medium level).

Technical Expertise:

Knowledge of molding machines, molding automation, and auxiliary equipment (such as industrial robots, tempering units, material drying equipment, conveyors, etc.).

Responsabilities:

Equipment Coordination:

Oversee the installation of molding machines, automation systems, and auxiliary equipment (including industrial robots, tempering units, and material drying equipment).

Debugging and Compliance:
Ensure process parameters comply with customer requirements for newly installed equipment, aligning with project milestones.

Automation Assessment:
Evaluate the appropriate level of automation, customer tact, continuous flow, pull principles, ergonomic workplace design, and standard work.

Lean-Check Preparations:
Lead lean-check preparations, including optimizing shop floor layouts for equipment.

Technical Troubleshooting:
Address technical issues in the manufacturing line, escalated by Production Supervisors or Maintenance Engineers.

Global Standardization:
Contribute to global production process standardization, implementing these standards in Brasov.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other locations and performance centers, leveraging engineering resources, production equipment, and technology to achieve optimal results.

FMEA Coordination:

Coordinate FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) workshops and incorporate lessons learned from serial production into new line releases.
