Role Description
We are seeking an Associate Lawyer with 2-5 years of experience to join our team at our Bucharest, Romania office. This is a full-time, on-site role where the selected candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, representing clients before courts and administrative bodies, and providing legal consultations. The role also involves collaborating with team members on complex cases, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong legal drafting and writing skills, with expertise in preparing contracts, legal opinions, and official documents.
- Experience in conducting legal research and analysis to solve complex legal issues and support client needs.
- Knowledge of business law, capital markets, corporate law, and intellectual property law.
- Strong courtroom and client representation skills, with a professional and diplomatic demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Bar qualification and a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a law firm or relevant legal environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
