Job descriptionWe're looking for a proactive IT Business Manager to drive growth, manage client accounts, and ensure smooth project delivery. This is a hands-on role bridging business strategy and software execution.
What You'll Do
Develop new business in software development, dedicated teams, and nearshore outsourcing.
Manage and grow existing accounts, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities.
Collaborate with delivery teams to design proposals and engagement models.
Lead negotiations and maintain strong client relationships.
Support teams to remove blockers and ensure successful project delivery.
What We're Looking For
2–5+ years in IT services sales, software companies, IT recruitment, or staffing.
Strong knowledge of IT services, outsourcing, and software delivery lifecycles.
Proven track record in sales and account growth.
Self-starter, confident, independent, and highly communicative.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
