Job summary
We are looking for new members in our IT Operations Supervisor Team who will act as a link between 1st level support in the service desk and major incident management ensuring compliance with the dual control principle when dealing with and prioritizing major incidents.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT Operations Deep ITIL Expertise especially in Continual Service Improvement CSI processes and best practices Strong Service Management knowledge of ITSM principles tools e.g. Servicenow BMC Remedy reporting tools e.g. Power BI Excel Familiarity with Banking IT Systems Knowledge core applications regulatory requirements security standards Data Analysis Reporting proficiency analyzing KPIs SLAs service metrics identify trends improvement areas Regulatory Awareness banking regulations e.g. GDPR PCI DSS risk management frameworks Audit Readiness skills ensure processes meet compliance standards prepare audits Confident presenter facilitator running engaging workshops training coaching staff process thinking Highly organised lead multiple smallmedium sized process improvement projects simultaneously Analytical mindset confident data gathering benefit tracking Excellent command both spoken written German English
