>> Technical Support Engineer
You will:
* support various applications and their faults/errors in a customer-oriented manner
* actively help to ensure stable, reliable and high-performance operation
* in the case of complex problems, coordinate the solution finding with the appropriate bodies and departments
* contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process
* maintain and monitor tickets in Jira Service Management
* work independently and at the same time be part of a team
* be supported in your further development as a 3rd Level Support Engineer
We expect:
* teamwork, initiative and a quality mindset
* good English skills (minim B2), German is a plus
* proven professional experience as a software support engineer or similar;
* willingness to get to know new technologies
* you enjoy customer-oriented work
* structured and transparent way of working
