Check the main 4 requirements below: - Bachelor's degree in business or related field, - Willing to daily travel within dedicated area, - Proven minimum 2 years' experience as a senior in retail field management position, - Ability to make critical decisions under pressure.

Job responsibilities:

• Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives,
• Support Area Sales Director with day-to-day field operation,
• Evaluate region and store performances,
• Report on regional sales results,
• Forecast quarterly and annual profits,
• Identify hiring needs, select and train Area Sales Directors,
• Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility,
• Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth,
• Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
