Job summary
We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team in Bucharest. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition approval until offer acceptance across various countries.Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition approval until offer acceptance across various countries
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with various local and remote Hiring Managers
- Consulting hiring managers on the hiring process and developing a strategic sourcing plan to ensure the successful recruitment of quality candidates for different regional talent pools
- Sourcing candidates across all channels possible (experience with LinkedIn, Workday)
- Providing regular candidate pipeline overviews and reports for key hiring projects
