Job summary
We are seeking an ambitious and pragmatic team player to join our Customer Journey Expert,focusing on end-to-end customer journeys to enhance customer experience through functional expertise and seamless support.
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with key stakeholders (Trading, Risk Management, IT), focusing on understanding their challenges and opportunities to improve overall experience
- Act as the voice of customer needs, ensuring concerns are heard and addressed
