    YOUR TASKS
    Drive and support global people development projects;
    Train and deplore business & HR community for talent development methodology and concept(360 Feedback, Coaching, assessment center, talent review etc.);
    Provide consultancy to management on people development topics;
    Follow up and monitor global Talent and Development BG strategy and implementation worldwide;
    Support global TMOD head to roll out performance management and retention management;
    Steers/Designs and implements organization transformation with the support of global TMOD;
    Responsible for Europe TMOD implementation aligned with Europe HR team;
    Promotes talent diversity and inclusion in BG Electronics;
    Lead and oversee various training projects (platforms, events, e-learning, etc.)
    Drive HR training initiatives and coordinate the rollout;
    Monitor training industry trends and developments;
    Evaluate training vendors and concepts to ensure alignment with company requirements;
    Partner up and collaborate with business counterparts from different domains (. HR, Controlling, Finance, Purchasing, and other departments) to manage Business Group projects transparently;
    Analyze data and inform business about various people development KPIs;
    Contribute to the design and implementation of Business Group-specific training blueprints.


    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

    • 4 years in HR senior roles
    Experience with training & development functions
    Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
    Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
    Experience with e-learning platforms
    MS Office proficiency
    Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
    Strong communication skills
