Job summary
The Trade Marketing Associate supports the improvement of trade marketing and sales execution across KT&G's cigarette category development in Germany and Spain by working closely with local distributor partners and field sales teams.Responsibilities
- Partner with local distributors and sales teams to enhance trade marketing and sales execution standards across Germany and Spain;
- Plan and coordinate trade initiatives and cycle plans, ensuring timely implementation and achievement of country-level KPIs;
- Conduct regular field visits and ride-alongs to observe in-store execution, distribution, and promotion effectiveness;
