We're on the lookout for talented individuals to join our client's team located in Drobeta Turnu Severin, for a full-time, on-site position.

As the Internal Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing the movement of train wagons on the internal railway, coordinating and managing the team of personnel qualified in maneuvering locomotives and wagons, and ensuring smooth communication between the production department and the transportation of products.

• Organize and coordinate the movement of train wagons on the internal railway to ensure efficient transportation of products.
• Manage and supervise the team of personnel qualified in maneuvering locomotives and wagons, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels between the production department and the transportation team to facilitate the smooth flow of products.
• Analyze transport requirements and develop schedules and plans to optimize the movement of train wagons.
• Monitor and track the movement of train wagons, ensuring timely arrival and departure to meet production demands.
• Implement measures to improve efficiency and productivity in the transportation process, identifying areas for optimization and implementing solutions.
• Ensure that all transportation activities adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and performance metrics.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to coordinate and manage teams in conformity with transport flows.
• Attention to detail and ability to pay close attention to operational requirements.
• Previous experience in transportation or logistics is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Medium proficiency in English language.
