    In order to follow our vision and strategy, we're looking for a dedicated Intermodal Specialist RO-RO.

    Key responsabilities:
    Collect fees related to sampling, inspections, storage, and other ancillary services at the terminal.
    Maintain communication with the departure port team, seeking assistance as needed for document queries or issues.
    Update and verify OOG dimensions either at the gate or in the pre-checking area.

    Manage the Document Management System, ensuring accurate entry of goods information into the booking software upon receipt of new electronic documents.

    Verify document relevance before data entry.
    Review and compare uploaded documents with their originals to ensure accuracy and relevance to the specific vehicle booking.
    Enter detailed goods information and passenger details into the booking software.
    Issue interchange reports for unaccompanied units and update clients about customs clearance and loading confirmations.
    Update booking statuses to "checked-in" following customs clearance.
    Keep in contact with exporters, reminding latecomers and adjusting bookings as necessary based on their updates.
    Handle booking cancellations or adjustments, contacting waitlisted customers to fill vacancies promptly.
    Notify drivers about the start of loading and provide on-site support during the process.
    Support the arrival port team with any queries or document-related issues that may arise.


    Qualifications and Skills:
    At least high school diploma
    Good communications
    Good English
    Drivers license cat B
    Working towards improving performance
