We're looking for a Customer Service Representative with Italian, for one of our clients, a global supplier of services, specializing in customer experience and business process outsourcing services.
Requirements:
Italian speaker (at least B2 level);
Friendly attitude;
Available to work in shifts (between 08:00 – 00:00) - on-side.
Responsibilities:
Helping customers via calls, chat/ticketing system;
Manage medium or large amounts of incoming phone calls;
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
