Junior Fraud & Payments Agent

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Fraud & Payments Agent to join our team.

As a Junior Fraud & Payments Agent, you will have the opportunity to work with financial data, analyze trends, and provide insights to help the organization make better risk decisions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
for conducting various fraud, risk, KYC, and due diligence checks on customers.

fraud trends and player behaviors across groups of accounts raised in customer risk processes., document, and communicate detected fraud trends, suspicious transaction characteristics and patterns.

accounts and transactions regularly to identify any fraudulent activities., verification, and validation of documents. the accuracy of the information registered on the customers' accounts. support to the other teams for their queries related to the department's tasks. day-to-day financial payments with precision. accurate records of all financial transactions. bank statements are accurately reconciled. bank deposits and payments.

AND ABILITIES:
analytical and communication skills. English skills (in writing and verbally). computer literacy skills. result-oriented attitude and a high sense of responsibility. in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
EDUCATION and


EXPERIENCE:
's Degree from an accredited university. of 1 year work experience., the candidate must have gambling experience, but it is not a mandatory requirement.

Hybrid (3 WFO, 2 WFH)

Working schedule:
Day Shift: 7:00/12:00 AM - 3:00/8:00 PM (Flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM)

Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
