    For our client, a manufacturing expert in the molding industry with over 20 years of experience we are looking for a Project Manager (Mechanical Engineer).

    in Turda.

    As a Project Manager, you will handle the take-over of new projects from clients, and acquire the needed information to make sure the time frame and delivery of the requested product is feasible by communicating with all the departments involved.


    Requirements:
    Proficiency in written/spoken English
    Technical skills (mechanical engineering background is an advantage)
    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
    Experience with ERP software is a plus


    Responsibilities:
    Develop plans for new production projects or take over projects in the transfer stage
    Identifies individuals needed for each project stage and assigns tasks within project teams
    Coordinates activities of new production project teams and the implementation team of Tesar production management software
    Maintains communication with clients on new projects and with the IT solution provider for production
    Implements and maintains the Tesar system (analysis, installation, administration, specialized training, and user assistance)
    Ensures mapping and improvement of production processes and inter-departmental processes, adapting processes to the IT solution or vice versa as needed
    Sets deadlines and ensures their compliance
    Analyzes risks, monitors projects, and adjusts project stages and deadlines as they evolve
    Provides necessary support to the IT firm providing production software/internal users
    Maintains contact with colleagues in Italy, where the same system is being implemented or regarding new projects
    Ensures resolution of escalated problems
    Responsible for ensuring quality and achieving desired results
    Intervenes and rectifies errors and issues as they arise
    Immediately informs the production manager of any problems/changes in the field of activity
    Organizes and supports technical training for users
    Monitors billing deadlines and related issues, closely coordinating with economic and commercial departments
    Manages all issues related to new products until they enter production (pricing, BOM, packaging, quality, transport)
