Job summary
We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at the SGB-SMIT Group. As an essential link in the electricity chain – between generation, transmission and distribution – the transformers of the SGB-SMIT Group ensure stable efficient and secure energy flows.The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying methods for cost reduction and continuous process improvement; initiating or coordinating process improvement Capex Opex projects; collaborating closely with all departments to streamline processes implement improvements; monitoring progress works ensuring compliance budget deadlines contractual conditions;
Periodically evaluate status quality works propose solutions mitigate identified risks;
Prepare track action plans each investment objective periodically submitting them Group Investment Responsible;
Obtain necessary authorizations approvals assigned project;
Collaborate Procurement Department supplier selection offer analysis negotiation contract finalization.
- A graduate of Electromechanical Engineering Faculty;
- a minimum of years experience similar position;
- Excellent skills organizing prioritizing daily tasks;
- Advanced knowledge Microsoft Office Suite AutoCAD;
- An Advanced English language proficiency
