Job summary
The Team Lead Accounts Payable will oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable activities. They will coordinate and support a GBS team responsible for Accounts Payable of several group entities with a scope in constant expansion.Qualifications & Requirements
You have graduate degree in Finance Business Economics or equivalent work experience with strong understanding of Finance in Accounting / Accounts Payable You are strategic operational leader with minimum of 6 years' experience in finance function of which at least 4 years in role relevant to Accounts payable Experience SSC / GBS environment experience successfully leading team past Strong expertise end-to-end Invoice-to-Pay I2P / AP processes incl invoice processing T&E payment management dispute management queries management Good understanding general accounting tax compliance financial controls matters Experience ERP systems SAP S4/Hana invoice management systems Basware workflow tools ServiceNow Excellent leadership problem-solving skills Team management delegation skills Proven track record building strong relationships within team focus mentoring supporting championing each person's growth well-being Resilience ability manage multiple priorities fast-paced international environment Customer-oriented excellent communication: sensitive customer needs ability communicate proactively including structured interactions business open invoices solve issues timely processing etc Genuine people manager coach support inspire teams Driven respectful team-player fosters collaboration engagement Collaborative conflict-resolving approach stakeholder management Continuous improvement proactive mindset Proficient English French being strong asset succeed Be able interact confidently international stakeholders comfortable producing understanding professional content documentation presentations written oral exchanges Business proficiency other European languages plus Show more Show lessDescrierea jobului
