We are looking for our future colleague into our newest location: Equilibrium office building.Front desk coordinator is in charge with center administration and our first line of support in relation with our clients.
We know how important is this role into our organisation therefore we are looking for people with passion for client relationship and daily dedication for supporting them.
Summarizing your daily tasks:
helping clients in:
making meeting room reservation and other secretarial tasks
receiving all the incoming calls and welcome the caller with the determined words of welcome
welcome the clients in person, address them by name and keeping contact with them
fitting up the meeting rooms according to the needs of the clients (catering, implements, administrational support)
providing the equipment of the meeting rooms and common places
managing the opening and closing of business centre according to DBH standard's
providing the equipment and cleanness of business lounges
providing the cleanness of the reception and its surroundings
keep updated the database about the clients
takes care about filling of documents in case of moving or leaving a client
oversees all events connected to cleaning and maintenance
inform the Managing Director about all the occurrent problem and handle them as soon as possible
manage and register the requests of the clients such as booking of hotel room, ordering stationery etc.
handle the post and send the letters of the clients
identify and notify the Managing Director about problems in the business centre
responsible for alignment and applying of the rules in the business centre
responsible for observance of health and safety orders and evacuation
We are offering an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment - we are expecting within 6 months time to advance to a Junior Center Manager position - and an attractive salary package.
