Job summary
This role is responsible for E2E customer engagement and delivery of contractual agreement and services for SAP The digital Customer Engagement Manager (dCEM) Cloud Customers of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services mainly focusing on SAP S/4HANA private cloud edition deliverables.The CEM oversees the customer lifecycle from contract signing particularly customer onboarding continuous service delivery release maintenance project initiation change management renewal support customers maintaining satisfaction through issue mitigation escalation management helping maximize partnership with client managing technical aspects phases customer lifecycle seamless collaboration Project Leads PL internal teams committed scope throughout lifecycle provides expert operations facilitates service lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Computer Science Information Technology related field
- Minimum years experience SAP technical consultant years customer facing role consulting IT support IT services etc.
